About
Artist's statement
Art is my way of capturing emotions and transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Through intuitive and spontaneous creations, I explore diverse techniques, from Indian ink to acrylic, and often incorporate elements like gold or silver powder to infuse light and elegance. My inspiration comes from nature and everyday objects, which I reimagine into unique, meaningful works. I aim to invite viewers into a world where beauty lies in simplicity and details, sparking personal reflection and wonder.

Biography
With a dual Franco-Portuguese culture, I have been a self-taught artist since 1999. Art is much more than a passion for me: it is a necessity , an escape and a way to express myself freely. I create intuitively, letting myself be guided by my emotions and the richness of the materials I explore. I have been able to draw on my roots and my travels for an artistic richness that I transcribe in varied creations.
In my artistic journey, I mix painting , sculpture and various techniques, such as Indian ink , acrylic , engraving and the Tiffany technique . I also like to introduce precious elements into my creations, such as gold or silver powder , which add a touch of elegance and light. More than just an aesthetic research, my work is an invitation to discover beauty in the details and to take a new look at the world.
My universe also feeds on the ordinary, which I transform with creativity : everyday objects, such as a bottle of detergent or an olive root, take a second life in my hands, becoming unique works. This approach reflects my desire to show that art can be part of all aspects of life.
My works have been exhibited several times in Portugal and France, notably at the Grand Palais in Paris, as well as in the United States, and in other inspiring places. Each exhibition is for me an opportunity to share my world with the public , to transmit my emotions and to discuss how art can touch and transform us
