About
Artist's statement
Most of my work is dedicated to our human condition, our existence, and our relationship with the sacred. I am drawn to everyday expressions, exaggerated gestures, and almost theatrical postures that, with a certain irony, reveal the virtues and flaws that make us human.
My painting carries a dramatic and sarcastic tone, where humor blends with subtle critique. I mainly work in oil, and my palette is bold, with contrasting colors—always in search of a visual harmony that supports the tension present in the figures and scenes.
